A few practical questions
Can we try it on our whiteboard?
Yes. A free three-day classroom trial is available after email sign-in, and Coll reports a successful test on her classroom whiteboard. Please check your own school’s browser and equipment too.
Will routines appear on every device?
At present, routines are saved in the browser on the device being used. They do not sync between devices. School accounts manage access, rather than moving pupil check-ins between classrooms.
Do staff need ChatGPT accounts?
No. Staff sign in with a code sent to their email. The free trial lasts three days from first opening and does not start a payment.
Can we buy it now?
Purchasing is not open. Price, payment processing, licence terms and rights checks must be completed first. No payment or subscription starts when you create an account.
Is this a replacement for an individual communication system?
My Day is a classroom support tool. Staff can choose whether its pictures and routines suit their pupils and continue using individual supports where needed.
